Major

Major David Stephens is the Coaching and Mentoring Program Coordinator as part of the Character, Leadership and Ethics Team at ADFA. After 14 years full-time service, David now runs his own company focused on developing individual and organisational emotional intelligence, including through coaching and mentoring. As a reservist, David uses these skills at ADFA to manage the Staff Mentoring and Trainee Officer Leadership Coaching programs. Every year David is inspired by Trainee Officers who embrace the power of leadership coaching and gain new insights into how they overcome challenges and approach their own leadership, character and ethical decision making. He is also proud to train and work with a dedicated team of experienced officers and NCOs investing as leadership coaches in the lives of these young men and women.
