The ADF Doctrine Library is the single repository of doctrinal knowledge within Defence. Under CDF's direction doctrine has been unified under one hierarchy and in one repository; One Defence, One Doctrine.
Defence personnel should access doctrine through the ADF Doctrine Library as the single source of truth. Whilst all reasonable attempts are made to ensure doctrine available on the Forge is current, it cannot be guaranteed.
The ADF-P-0 Military Ethics doctrine summarizes the key principles of military ethics as applied by the Australian Defence Force. It serves as a foundation for ethical training and development across the ADF. Understanding the Australian Profession of Arms, legal and ethical responsibilities for the use of force, ethical theory, ethics in war, military ethics and ethical risks is essential to appreciate military ethics from an Australian perspective.

The Perry Group, an elective run by the Australian War College, uses science fiction to develop a more forward-thinking and creative mindset in Defence leaders. It allows War College students to research and develop a paper on future Defence capability. The papers suggest recommendations for Defence modernization, but they do not represent the official position of the Department of Defence or the Australian Government.
Wargames are widely used for military training and education. They provide an important avenue for collaboration, problem-solving, and testing plans and capabilities against an adversary. The Australian Defence College is exploring the use of games as part of Professional Military Education to enhance the training and education of the ADF.
