Major David Stephens is the Coaching and Mentoring Program Coordinator as part of the Character, Leadership and Ethics Team at ADFA. After 14 years full-time service, David now runs his own company focused on developing individual and organisational emotional intelligence, including through coaching and mentoring. As a reservist, David uses these skills at ADFA to manage the Staff Mentoring and Trainee Officer Leadership Coaching programs.
