Who: two types of attendance for junior leaders:
- Idea Pitchers: Australian Public Service (APS) or Australian Defence Force (ADF) junior leaders. Idea Pitchers can be teams or individuals.
- Participants: Defence members (APS and ADF) who want to attend #DEFAus19 but who are not pitching an idea.
