Wing Commander Claire Mooy is a Personnel Capability Officer within the Royal Australian Air Force. She is an Australian War College graduate and holds Master’s Degrees in Business and Military and Defence Studies. Wing Commander Mooy is currently posted to Defence Space Command as SO1 Personnel.
