Ms Rebekah Byers is an Australian Public Servant in the Department of Defence with a Masters in Defence and Military Studies and a Bachelor of International Studies Honours. She is a graduate of the Australian War College and is currently Assistant Director New Zealand in the Defence International Policy Division.
