Kim Mills

Kim Mills is an Australian Public Servant who has worked for the Australian Department of Defence since 2017. Kim is a PhD Candidate at the University of Wollongong. Kim’s research specialises in veterans’ transition from the military to civilian life and veteran wellbeing. A field she has researched since 2015. Kim holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) and was awarded the Secretary of Defence Fellowship for 2025.
