Wing Commander Kelly Chan is an Aviation Electrical Engineer and a graduate of the Australian Command and Staff Course (Military Art)–Part Time (formally ACSC-Remote) class of 2024. She is currently posted to Air Force Headquarters in Canberra, where she leads Air Combat Program governance.
