Pukhraj Singh is the founder of the Centre for Epistemic Security, an Australian think tank undertaking doctrinal research on disinformation and grey-zone threats.
He is a cyber threat detection technologist with 15 years of experience. Pukhraj’s background lies in interdisciplinary analysis bridging cyber threat intelligence and geopolitics.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers and a postgraduate student of cyber geo-strategy at the Australian Defence Force Academy.
Pukhraj has held cyber security and intelligence roles at the National Technical Research Organisation (NTRO) under the Indian Prime Minister’s Office, Aadhaar, BAE Systems, Symantec, Verint and other critical organisations.
At NTRO, he played a key role in establishing India’s strategic cyber defence capabilities. Pukhraj was also the first cyber security manager at Aadhaar, India’s flagship digital identification framework.
His strategic analysis has been published by the US Military Academy, Australian Strategic Policy Institute, Indian Army, Observer Research Foundation, and most of the leading Indian newspapers.
Pukhraj has spoken at international security conferences. He has trained senior Indian military commanders, advised the top national security echelon on charting India’s cyber doctrine, and participated in bilateral diplomatic dialogues.
