Wing Commander Phil Tracy is a former P-8A Poseidon Pilot and graduate of the Australian Command and Staff Course class of 2023. He is currently posted to the Pentagon in Washington DC, where he works on warfighting requirements for future RAAF & US Naval Aviation capabilities.
