Michael Krause

MAJGEN

Major General Michael Krause has served in the Australian Army since 1980. A proud cavalry officer, he commanded 2nd Cavalry Regiment 2000-01 and 1st Brigade when it was Australia’s mechanised brigade 2008-09. He has served operationally in Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and the Solomon Islands. Having transferred to the Part Time force in 2013, he now spends his time teaching tactics and operational planning to young and old as a mentor and coach.
