MAJ Paul Cheng is a Ground-Based Air Defence officer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). A Distinguished Graduate of the Australian War College, he is currently the Commanding Officer of the 3 Divisional Air Defence Artillery Battalion in the RSAF.
