Major David Bellas is a technical officer within the Royal Australian Engineers. He is a distinguished graduate of the Australian War College and holds a Master of Military and Defence Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). Major Bellas is currently posted as a Staff Officer of Land Design Assurance within Force Design Division.
