LCDR Michael Halpin

Lieutenant Commander

LCDR Michael Halpin is a Medical Officer. He is a graduate of the 2021 Australian War College receiving a Master’s in Defence and Military Studies. He completed his medical degree and postgraduate medical training in Newcastle and is currently posted to HMAS Penguin in the Submarine and Underwater Medical Unit.
