Dr Robert O'Shea DPhil (History, Oxford)

Dr Robert O'Shea is an Australian Public Servant in the Department of Defence. A graduate of the Australian War College with a Master’s in Military and Defence Studies, he also holds a DPhil in History from Oxford. Prior to the Australian Command and Staff Course, he was Deputy Director Strategic Analysis in Strategic Policy Division.
