Dr Daniel Peterson is a leading young scholar of Indonesian law and society, with extensive in-country experience. He graduated with his PhD Summa Cum Laude from the Australian Catholic University in 2019, has since completed a visiting Fellowship at the KITLV Leiden, and is an Associate of the Centre for Indonesian Law, Islam and Society (CILIS) at the University of Melbourne Law School.
