Brigadier Michael Scott

Brigadier Michael Scott is an Engineer officer by background, with extensive combat engineering, project management and construction management experience. He is a Distinguished Graduate of the United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College, an Honor Graduate of the United States Marine Corps School of Advanced Warfighting and a Fellow of the Defence and Strategic Studies Course. His most recent postings include Chief of Future Operations in the Combined Joint Forces Land Component Command – Operation INHERENT RESOLVE, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Chief of the Defence Force, Director Current Military Commitments in Military Strategic Commitments Division, and Director Infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific Enhanced Engagement Branch, International Policy Division.  He is currently Director General Afghanistan Inquiry Response Task Force.
