Bingqiang Chen

Singapore Armed Forces

Bingqiang Chen is an Army officer in the Singapore Armed Forces and has served in a variety of command and staff appointments over the past 25 years. He attended the Defence and Strategic Studies Course at the Australian War College in 2025 and graduated from the Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College (Singapore) in 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and a Master of Science in Engineering Science from the Naval Postgraduate School (United States).
