Anna Koestenbauer

Anna joined Defence in 2014 to take up a position in International Policy Division working on US Alliance and Middle East issues. Her appointments include Liaison Officer, Joint Operations Command and has deployed to the Middle East as a policy advisor. Anna previously worked in the private and non-government sectors , focusing on healthcare. Anna holds a Masters in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts / Laws from the Australian National University. As of December 2018, she is also a civilian graduate of the Australian Command and Staff College.
