Shawn McCann

Shawn McCann retired from the United States Marine Corps after serving as an infantry officer and education officer. As a consultant, he has led the creation, implementation, and delivery of highly sought-after developmental workshops for the Marine Corps’ Training and Education Command. Shawn has earned a doctorate in adult learning and leadership from Columbia University and currently works as a Senior Researcher at EY.
